SHIPPING INFORMATION

Please be sure to allow 2-5 days of transit once your order has shipped. Candles will ship on December 3rd.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Unopened orders may be returned within 10 days of receipt for a refund. Once the returned item(s) are received, the charges will be credited to you. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Any products that have been used or opened may not be returned. This includes pencils that have been sharpened or sale items

CUSTOM AND IMPORT TAXES

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply and we are not responsible for delays due to customs.
